The Pennhof is located in Barbiano on around 800 meters above the sea level. Away from the daily rountine you can enjoy the nature at its best in our small bio hotel, which has been renovated recently. Never mind if active or wellness vacation, the Pennhof in Barbiano offers several activities throughout the whole year. During the summer time you can reach the most beautiful meadows and hiking paths in only a few minutes. Discover the valley of the trails on the famous chestnut trail or the emperor's trail. During the winter time you can enjoy the endless slopes for cross country skiing. Those who love alpine skiing can reach the most beautiful areas of Val Gardena or Alpe di Siusi in only a few minutes.

Enjoy the natural materials of the green hotel and feel well in one of only six certified bio hotels of the region. Relax in our new rooms and chalets, furnished with materials such as Swiss stone pine, larch and loam.
As a highlight of the Pennhof we serve the best of the regional cuisine, prepared with biological products. Everyday we prepare meals with fresh products from our surroundings, on request also vegan or gluten-free.
Despite the proximity to the lively cities of Bolzano and Bressanone you will experience the Pennhof as a calm and relaxing place.

In the chalet there is a double bedroom and a living room (the living room can sleep two people and is separated from the double bedroom by a connecting door) and a bathroom.
